One of my favorite things about this blog is getting recommendations from people. Musical preferences are so personal and unpredictable that you really never know where someone is going go when asked for a suggestion. There truly is no accounting for taste.

And now I’m all caught up, with the newly-released album from some indie rock legends. They also played an amazing surprise set on a smaller stage weekend one of Coachella. Really brings all of my recent listening full circle. Pretty great album, too.

This band always reminds me of my buddy’s bachelor party, when the first AWOLNATION album was pretty much the official soundtrack of the weekend.
