It’s always fun to discover a good metal band, especially since they rarely are able to get the kind of publicity that other genres can. Unfortunately, one of the only reasons that they make it into mainstream news is when they either commit a crime or die. Sadly, this is a case of the latter. Trevor Strnad, their longtime singer took his own life this week. America as a whole is not dealing particularly well with our surging mental health issues, which we are constantly being reminded of by stories like this. There’s no shame in admitting that you need help.
