This is the latest release in the Desert Sessions series, which is a really cool project started by Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age. Every so often, he and an all-star lineup of his musician friends heads out to Joshua Tree to spend a week or so writing and recording new music at the Rancho De La Luna studios. If you are a fan of rock music from any era, I highly suggest checking out any installment of this series.
