I love this style of album art. As a longtime listener of the metal genre, these creepy, fantastical scenes have always appealed to me ever since I first saw an Iron Maiden album on a shelf at Newbury Comics. I’ve been trying to get more metal representation into this blog, but I have to say that these guys don’t sound like I was expecting considering the way their covers look. They’re clearly a very talented act, but I like a more aggressive singing style with my metal.
