I’ve been fortunate to get some great recommendations for the blog of late. Recently, anytime my enthusiasm has been flagging, someone comes along with an album that really gets me excited again. Today is a perfect example. This album is a collaboration that came about when Alina Baraz and producer Galimatias sought each other out after hearing each other’s work online. Though this album was released back in 2015, I would imagine there will be a lot of collaborations like this coming out of the pandemic.
