I keep gravitating towards certain genres and have really ignored others. Country has always been underrepresented here and in my listening habits, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t occasionally find something that I can appreciate. I also find Sturgill Simpson’s story very interesting, as he decided to seriously pursue a career in music in his mid-30s, which is kind of inspiring.
