I’m on my first post pandemic business trip, and it sure feels weird being in a new place. I could get used to this.

How did it take me this long and a St Vincent remix to make me aware of this album? I’ve always been a huge fan of Beck’s trans-genre style from album to album, but apparently not enough to actually keep track of his new releases.

While I could write about the time that I worked on a music video with this artist, I can’t help but recommend that you check out H.E.R.’s newest video collaboration with the illustrious DJ Khalid. It’s is truly a masterpiece of both product placement and storytelling, in that order.

One of the guys from this band recently moved into some friends’ neighborhood. They are working out a scheme that will allow their future meeting and friendship, so I had to hear for myself who it is that they will be courting/stalking.

Damn, I have really been getting lazy about these posts. I’m keeping up with the listening part, but for some reason I just can’t muster the creative energy to write even a BS paragraph to accompany my daily selection. I’ll just try again tomorrow, I guess.
