Since every band now has its own genre, I always enjoy it when one preemptively names their own genre. This group describes themselves as a “black metal sparkle folk” band, and I must say it’s worth a listen to find out what that means.

Here’s another one whose album art, name and album title really threw me off the scent. So much more eclectic and interesting than expected.
