Ironic that this is the title of the album I chose for today, as this day has been anything but. I started out this morning filled with stress and frustration over some unpleasant tasks and annoying home repairs to take care of, but that all melted into the background when I got to work and learned of the sudden and untimely death of a friend. Nothing puts things in perspective like that kind of reality check. Let us all take stock of all we have to be grateful for and how quickly it can all be ripped away, unexpectedly and brutally. Today is all we really have, and I hope you’re enjoying it.
