I was listening to the metal opus that is Slayer’s Seasons in the Abyss and realized that it had been a while since I selected a good heavy album. I’ve heard of these guys before and always assumed that they were Japanese because of their name. Nope, French. Metal is one of the few genres that can seamlessly bridge language gaps. Everybody understands rage, even if they don’t completely understand the lyrics.
