For some reason, I really enjoy listening to a new album on the day of its release. That might be because I grew up in an era of physical copies of various media, so it was a lot harder – and more expensive- to accomplish that. I’m sure my children will view this experience as so mundane as to be not worth mentioning, since they can access anything at any time with a few taps of a touchscreen.
