The man who recommended this one to me is my go-to well of reggae knowledge. He always has some great artist to recommend that I have never heard of, and that I end up loving. So good to have a collection of equally music-obsessed friends to draw from.

Is there a band with an animal-themed name out there that I don’t like? I can’t think of one, and I challenge any of my followers to find me one. Prove me wrong!

There are only a handful of artists that I have listened to since this project began that I have gone back for more. They now have the distinction of being the only one with three albums, though as soon as they release more music Sigur Ros will definitely join them.

I came upon this album in an article about LGBTQ+ artists in the Middle East. They were forced to flee their homeland due to the dangers of living their lives openly. Just one more reason for me to dislike religion in all its forms.
