Had to pick some DMX today after his overdose and heart attack last night. I realize this is a greatest hits album, but it’s the only recording of his that I haven’t listened to. I wish him well, and hopefully he comes through this and is able to get the help he needs. This has been a brutal year for so many reasons, not least of which is the surging list of drug-related deaths, to which we will hopefully not be adding Earl Simmons.
