Every so often, despite my increasingly lengthy to-do list of albums, I just have to outsource the selection. Beyond the mild amount of discipline it takes to keep this project going, making the pick is the hardest part. I have a regular rotation of people who I go to for recommendations, depending on what kind of mood I’m in or what general era or genre I’d prefer. They have never let me down yet, and today was no exception. This album, though quite short – its eight songs clock in at just over 21 minutes – is powerful and emotional. I highly recommend it and Aero Flynn’s earlier, self-titled album.
