#163 – 5 by Sault

This is a really cool album.  It sounds like it could’ve been made in the 70s and the themes are – and have long been – very timely.  Though this is my first foray into the Sault catalog, I am led to believe that their work is laden with the issues of the BLM movement.  It could’ve just a easily been the soundtrack to any of the Black Panthers’ activities.
