As we continue to approach what may prove to be the most important election in American history, and the evidence of the president’s misdeeds continues to pile up, various factions are getting more desperate and paranoid and are ramping up their rhetoric and activities. The news of the plot to kidnap the governor of Michigan will hopefully wake America up to the serious threats that we face from within and the dangerous ideas that have proliferated online. It is a truly frightening time, but there is the possibility that one or another of the outrages perpetrated by this administration has hit home with the undecided voters and traditionally conservative voters who no longer recognize their party. People who consider themselves morally upright must really be having a tough time convincing themselves that the GOP has them in mind on any level.
