If you are interested in music production at all, I recommend that you follow Scott Hansen, AKA Tycho, AKA ISO50, on instagram. He is also an accomplished photographer and graphic designer and posts the stuff that he’s working on regularly. There are not too many artists that show their creative process as her does, and its very inspiring to see such a successful musician’s process. These elements are perfectly combined in his live show, with a large screen of choreographed visual elements. As I completed that last sentence, I realized that it could describe a great many modern performances, but this really is not your run-of-the-mill screen show. It’s much more cinematic and immersive. Of course, this all varies with the temperature inside your head, but it’s a great concert experience regardless.
