In honor of my oldest child, Lennon’s third birthday, I wanted to pick an artist that she requests and the only two that aren’t a family movie soundtrack are selected songs by Beyoncé and Phish (who she calls “yay guys” because of the applause in their live recordings). We’ve been having Beyoncé dance parties for as long as Lennon has been able to dance, so she was the obvious choice. I look forward to the day when she can make an album selection by herself and carry on the proud NAAD.blog tradition. Happy birthday, Lennon!
