I always enjoy a good instrumental album, especially one that is guitar heavy. This album has an epic feel to it that can rarely be accomplished with traditional songwriting. Each track evokes such a different and specific mental image for me. It truly was a roller coaster of a listening experience.
I saw an article about the release of Solstafir’s newest single and it made me want to check them out. I’m always intrigued by Icelandic artists and have often found some interesting music as a result.
