I picked this album partially because Spotify compared this artist to Tycho, but also because my kids go to a daycare called Little People. It’s not much of a reason, but it doesn’t really have to be, does it?

Today I got my second shot of the Pfizer vaccine. I had to drive to a random CVS in a weird little town called Santa Paula. Not too bad of a day overall.

This album was recommended by a friend, who sold it to me with his description of Daler Mehndi as the Indian David Byrne. I can definitely hear why he would think that, as well as why I should be exploring Indian music more. This selection broke new ground for this blog, both by being the album that I listened to earlier in the day than any other, but also that I was able to listen to it while sitting through an HR meeting at work. Getting shit done.
