I read somewhere that Terry Reid was Jimmy Page’s first choice for lead singer of Led Zeppelin. He couldn’t do it for one reason or another and recommended a friend of his, one Robert Plant. It’s fun to think and wonder about what might’ve been if things had gone differently. Would they still have become the monumental force that shaped generations of artists?
