I can now divide my life into two distinct phases: before I saw Clown Core and everything that came after. This clown-themed avant garde jazz/performance art duo blew some minds at the Sonora tent on Friday night with their blend of various musical styles, comedic video interludes and extremely graphic and (depending on your tastes and comfort level) unsettling visuals. I’m not doing them justice at all with this description, but let’s just say it’s worth a look and I will be seeing them a second time next weekend.
