As Spotify becomes more and more dialed in with my listening habits, I frequently see entire categories on the app that are right up my alley. Today’s selection came from one called “instrumental Americana.” While that seems like an unnecessarily specific genre description (a frequent occurrence at this point in music history) I certainly have appreciated every artist for that list that I’ve checked out. And so, Spotify continues to help me to be more and more lazy with my daily listening.
