While I was working at a Juneteenth festival on Monday, my wife and daughters went to see The Little Mermaid, which was the kids’ first movie theater experience. Their reviews have been so positive that I started looking up other stuff that Halle Bailey has done, which led me to this album, her third release with her sister. Obviously, I haven’t seen the movie (see above), but if her acting is anywhere close to as good as her music, count me in.
