This, Busta’s 10th album, was just released on October 30th and the timing is no coincidence. He had some pretty choice words for America as we headed towards election day. I’m not sure the message lands as hard as, say, RTJ4 did, but there’s still some valid points. I’d love to get a one-week check-in from Busta to see where he stands now. There’s also some really awesome star-studded collaborations with the likes of Mariah Carey, Kendrick Lamar, Q-Tip, Rick Ross, Mary J Blige, and Anderson .Paak. There’s even a couple from beyond the grave, Michael Jackson and Ol’ Dirty Bastard. The ODB appearance is especially great and takes me right back to high school.
