The one genre that I have been lacking is country. I’ve never been much of a fan, but there is a small collection of artists who I enjoy, however, so when Cordovas’ new album showed up in my email this morning, it seemed like a sign to broaden the blog’s horizons. I also enjoy when I am able to choose an album as close as possible to its release date. It feels arbitrary, and it is, as the whole point is new discoveries, but new to me and new to the world are definitely different things.
