This is a great live album by long-time blues scene staple Kenny Wayne Shepherd. He is an adherent to the Stevie Ray Vaughn style of Texas blues guitar, with a little more of a rock flavor. The full horn section also makes it feel like a big band show at times, which is an interesting element. Just a generally fun and entertaining recording. Fun fact: Kenny’s father-in-law is Mel Gibson.
